Bittersweet Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in a microwave-safe 1-quart glass measure. Gradually add milk and water, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Microwave on High 3 1/2 minutes or until thick and bubbly, stopping to stir again after 2 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring several times with whisk. Serve warm or at room temperature. Great over vanilla frozen yogurt!
