Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, cut fine
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Cut cabbage and place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour cooked hamburger over cabbage. Mix tomatoes, salt and pepper together; pour over cabbage.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
