Waldorf Whiz - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped Red Delicious apples, unpeeled
1/2 to 1 c. chopped dates
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Serve on Ritz crackers.
