Jellied Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. orange flavored relish
2 c. hot water
1 (11 oz.) can (1 1/4 c.) frozen cranberry orange relish
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. orange juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped California walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Break frozen relish in chunks. Add to gelatin and stir until thawed.
Add cold water and orange juice.
Chill until partially set.
Stir in celery and nuts.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold or individual molds and chill until firm. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
