Hoppin Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small onions, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
1 c. quick cooking rice
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter.
Mix together with remaining ingredients and simmer until liquid is gone.
Stir occasionally.
