Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chuck or round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. red and green peppers, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 stalks celery, diced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut steak in thin strips, combine with garlic and soy sauce. Heat oil in large frying pan and add beef and brown on high heat. Add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water, add to pan and stir until thickened.
Makes 4 servings.
