Jonna'S Baked Quail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 quail, split down the back
1/2 c. oil
salt and pepper
5 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. dried celery
1 c. chicken broth
4 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation

Salt and pepper birds.
Brown quail in oil.
Place in Dutch oven.
Saute onion, parsley and celery.
Add broth and mushrooms and stir well.
Pour over quail.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
