French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. butter
    salt or garlic salt and pepper
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    4 cans beef broth (Campbell's or Swanson)
    approximately 3 c. water
    garlic bread or French bread
    grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cut onions into very thin slices.
    Cook onion slices in butter over very low heat.
    Add salt and pepper according to taste.
    Sprinkle in flour, stirring constantly to thicken butter/onion mixture.
    Slowly add beef broth and water, then bring to boil.
    Simmer with pan covered for 20 to 30 minutes.
