Low-Calorie Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 Cup Fruit - Strawberries, Blackberries, Peaches, etc.
    Chopped in small cubes
    1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
    1 Tsp. Artificial Sweetener
    1/4 to 1/2 Cup Frozen Apple Concentrate Juice
Preparation
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes on high.
    Sprinkle 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin in cooked fruit, dissolve and cool.
