English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    3/4 stick oleo
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, oleo and Ritz crackers. Spread the cheese on top after putting the ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Melt oleo; crumble Ritz crackers (use your judgment as to how many).
    Mix crumbs and oleo.
    Spread on top of cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
