White Chocolate "Peanut Clusters" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pound white chocolate
2 cups roasted peanuts
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Melt white chocolate in double boiler.
Add vanilla and stir - add peanuts and mix well.
Drop on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Let cool until firm.
Store in cool place.
Yield 2 - 3 dozen.
