Caramel Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 light caramels (1 lb.)
    7 1/2 Tbsp. cream
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2/3 tsp. soda
    1 1/8 c. brown sugar
    1 1/8 c. melted margarine
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and cream in double boiler.
    Combine oat mixture without chocolate chips. Spread 1/2 mixture into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
