Cheesy Spicy Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped spinach
    1/2 c. spinach liquid, reserved from cooking spinach
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1 (6 oz.) roll hot pepper cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain well, reserving 1/2 cup spinach liquid.
    Set aside.
    In pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, melt margarine and saute onion until tender.
    Add flour; stir.
    Gradually add milk and spinach liquid to make sauce.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese and seasonings; cook until cheese is melted.
    Add spinach to pan, combining well.
    Yields 10 servings.
