Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. macaroni
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salted water and drain.
    Add egg yolks. Alternate layers of macaroni and cheese in greased baking dish. Place butter, flour, salt and pepper in double boiler; mix well. Add milk and cook until thickened.
    Pour over macaroni and cheese mixture.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
