Barbecue Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. mushroom slices
    1/4 ketchup
    1 c. cut up tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Fry ground chuck, onion, celery and mushrooms in shortening. Add ketchup, tomatoes, water and seasoning.
    Cover, simmer 15 minutes.
    Add flour, cook until slightly thick.
    Serve over round buns.
