Country Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 center-cut pork chops
1 1/2 lb. boneless stew beef
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine meats in one boiler.
Cook until done.
Cool for 15 to 20 minutes, then chop.
Add vinegar, butter and onion.
Reheat for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
