Mexi Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain; stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco mix, onion, bell pepper, mustard and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Spread into ungreased pie plate.
    Spread sour cream on top of hamburger mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
