Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in finger strips
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. mushrooms (2 small cans)
    1/2 c. sour cream (or less)
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add salt, mustard, butter, onion, pepper and one cup of water.
    Pressure cook 10 to 12 minutes.
    Make thickening of 2 tablespoons of flour and water.
    Stir into cooked meat.
    Add mushrooms, simmer until thickened.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
