Mike'S Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
2 bouillon cubes
1/2 doz. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Brown pork in oil and set aside.
Saute celery and onion in pork juices until limp.
