Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes; drain.
    Mix the flour with sugar.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Cream together and add cream and raisins.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Cool and add vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Make meringue from egg whites and bake until nicely browned.
