Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Fully cook sausage and drain well.
    Mix sausage, onions, cheese and flour.
    Beat eggs and milk; pour over the sausage mixture.
    Mix all well and pour into pie shell.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
