Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cream 3/4 cup sugar with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in milk. Sift flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt together. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until smooth.
    Add chopped walnuts and spread in a buttered 9-inch pan. Mix well 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
    Sprinkle over the batter.
    Pour boiling water over the top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
