Florentine Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 fluted lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook lasagna noodles.
    Cool in large bowl of cold water; set aside.
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
