Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. can diced green chilies
    2 1/4 oz. chopped ripe black olives
    7 to 10 flour tortillas (will need less if large size used)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. jar pimento, chopped
    salsa (for dipping)
Preparation
    Drain chilies and olives.
    In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except tortillas.
    Spread mixture onto tortillas and roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Cover with damp paper towel and plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
    Chill for several hours.
    To serve, slice tortillas into 1-inch segments.
    Serve with salsa for dipping.
