Poppy Seed Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fat-free white cake mix
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    8 egg whites
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together in large mixing bowl for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 15 slices per loaf.
    (Also, can use for muffins.)
    Contains less than 1 gram of fat per 1/2-inch slice.
