Passover Rolls Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. matzoh meal
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil water and oil together.
    Add matzoh meal, sugar and salt. Mix off of the heat.
    Beat very well.
    Add eggs, 2 at a time, beating very well.
    Bake in muffin tin at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
