Hot Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
about 10 maraschino cherries
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. brandy extract
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook, covered, for about 1 hour at 250\u00b0 in a 2-quart casserole.
May add ripened bananas.
Serves 7 to 8.
