Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash or 20 oz. fresh
    1 egg
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, grated or minced
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water until done and drain. Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake 45 minutes or until set at 350\u00b0.
