Honey Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast or 1 pkg.
2 1/2 c. bread flour
1/2 c. wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. sweet butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. warm water

Preparation

Place all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order listed. Use \"dough\" setting to make dough. Remove when dough setting is done. Use margarine to coat hands for easy removal and roll shaping.
