Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 eggs
    cayenne
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. ground meat (chicken, beef or ham)
Preparation
    Stir onion in melted butter until brown.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Add water and stir until thick.
    Add meat and cook 2 minutes.
    Break in egg.
    Stir until mixed.
    Chill.
    To mold, dip in cracker meal, seasoned beaten eggs, then cracker meal again. Chill.
    Roll in melted butter; cook on baking sheet at 350\u00b0
    for one-half hour.
    Serve with tomato or mushroom sauce.
    Makes 6 regular size.
