Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can drained tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown
    beef;
    stir
    in tomatoes and tomato paste, salt, basil, oregano, garlic
    powder
    and water.
    Cover with lid and microwave 4
    to
    5
    minutes or until boiling.
    Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and parsley.
    Mix well.
    Pour in 1 1/2 cups tomato beef sauce in 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
    Place 4
    uncooked noodles
    evenly
    over
    sauce.
    Top\twith
    1/2 the cottage
    cheese mix, spreading evenly.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 the Mozzarella
    cheese. Spoon
    1
    cup sauce over cheese.
    Place 4 more
    noodles
    on sauce,
    top
    with
    even layers of remaining cottage
    cheese, Mozzarella\tcheese\tand tomato sauce.
    Cover lightly
    with plastic
    wrap.
    Microwave
    15
    minutes rotating dish.
    Microwave at\t50%
    power for 15 to 20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Microwave uncovered 1
    1/2\tto 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.\tLet stand 10 minutes before cutting.
