German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (3 if small)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts or raisins
    4 c. raw apples, sliced thin
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with spoon (no mixer).
    Batter will be stiff.
    Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or cream cheese frosting.
