Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 crusts (1 for top and 1 for bottom)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, water and raisins in a saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter and lemon juice.
    Cool slightly.
    Pour into a pie shell.
    Cut other crust in criss-cross strips.
    Put on top.
    Brush melted butter on this and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
