Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    basil to taste
    oregano to taste
    1 zucchini or yellow squash (optional)
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Crush garlic and chop onion and brown in oil.
    Add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce, mushrooms, salt, chopped squash (optional) and spices.
    Bring to boil; simmer for at least 2 hours.
    Good for weight watchers.
    Serve over spaghetti.
