Lucy Webb'S Barbecued Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Roll out between waxed paper sheets to a thickness of 1/4-inch.
    Remove top sheet.
    Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese.
    Lift waxed paper and roll like a jelly roll.
    Turn ends in to keep cheese inside.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with sauce and bake 15 minutes more.
