Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumino
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    12 tortillas
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of mixture, 1 tablespoon of each cheese and top with onion.
    Roll and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Put remaining meat mixture over top with remaining cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
