St. Timothy'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nut
1/2 c. white raisins
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
sugar and cinnamon (mixed together)

Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Sift together, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add nuts and raisins to dry ingredients.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix well.
Bake in bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture on top before baking.
Sprinkle on bottom after baking.
