Cucumber Pickle Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. coarsely grated cucumbers with skins on (any size except real large ones)
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. brown vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix by hand and put in jars.
Makes 2 quarts.
Cover with lids (not sealed) and tighten and then loosen a little.
Pickles will work a little so it needs a little \"working\" space!
Refrigerate. Will keep up to a year.
