Persimmon Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. ripe persimmons
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    1 grated orange rind
Preparation
    Cut, core and mash fruit.
    Add other ingredients and cook until thick. Pour into jars and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
    Makes 6 (1/2-pint) jars.
