Bread-N-Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, buttered
    2 oz. dried fruit
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter glass baking dish.
    Cut buttered bread into triangles; mix fruit with sugar.
    Arrange buttered bread, fruit and sugar in layers in the dish.
    Beat the eggs with the milk, then pour egg and milk mixture over the bread-butter-fruit and allow this to soak in for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until custard is set and top is lightly browned.
