Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Pillsbury plain flour
1 1/2 lb. pecans (not chopped)
3/4 lb. candied cherries (not chopped)
3/4 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. white raisins
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 oz. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter and sugar; add eggs and flavoring.
Sift flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and add a little at a time.
Beat well; add nuts and fruit.
Bake 2 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0.
Take out of oven.
Put cherries, pineapple and pecans on top.
Cook 1/2 hour longer.
