Stir-Fried Pork With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat, cut into 2 x 1/8-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. Chinese chili paste
    2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    3 scallions, sliced
    3 garlic cloves, sliced
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine pork, sherry, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, sugar and chili paste.
    Toss to mix.
    Marinate 30 minutes.
