Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. warm water and 2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Dough should be soft and pliable; work 5 minutes.
    Roll out; cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    May refrigerate dough overnight.
