Shrimp And Green Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. spinach noodles
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Line a casserole with noodles and make into a nest.
    In a large frying pan, saute the shrimp in 1/2 cup clarified butter until pink and tender, about 5 minutes.
    Cover noodles with shrimp.
    Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and chives; add mustard and sherry.
    Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until
    cheese has melted and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
