Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir together.
Bake in greased 8 x 8-inch dish in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
