Strawberry Frozen Yogurt(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. granulated fructose, divided
    1/4 tsp. salt
    32 oz. nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 pt. strawberries
    1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, soften gelatin in water for 2 minutes. Place over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add evaporated milk, 1/2 cup of the fructose and salt to gelatin.
    Stir over medium heat until well blended, approximately 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in yogurt and vanilla.
    Set aside.
