Cold Avocado And Tomato Soup(Gazpacho) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cucumber, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. sweet pepper, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. red onions, minced
    1 small avocado, diced
    2 c. tomato juice
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a serving tureen, stir and chill well. To serve, spoon into individual soup bowls and top each with a slice of avocado and put an ice cube in each bowl.
