3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. orange juice or apple cider
1 egg or 2 egg whites
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped (about 8 oz.)
1 c. chopped nuts
