Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in 2 cups water, about 20 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Lightly mash with potato masher and cook, stirring constantly, until soup is hot and thickened.
