Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (4 oz.) diced pimento, drained
    1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine
    first\t4 ingredients.\tMix sugar and remaining ingredients.
    Bring
    to a boil; cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
    Pour
    vinegar
    mixture
    over vegetables and toss. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
